Enterprise Data Architect
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower level components, as well as interpreting, using and applying information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT support systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the overall architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality
- Ensure that the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the technology and governance strategies, policies and standards
- Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture
- Assisting in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the Enterprise Architecture
- Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to the designated project/s, both locally and internationally, with clients and/or partners
- Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
- Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the enterprise’s long-term business objective
- Recommends and participates in the development of architecture blueprints for related systems
- Influencing business strategy, translating or mapping business strategy into information strategy
- Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives
- Participates in the design and implementation of IT service management standards, tools and methodologies
- Ongoing publicity and communication of the Enterprise Architecture both within the information community, and the business units
- Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise
Qualifications:
- Practical experience developing business and technical strategy, transitional roadmaps
- Practical experience developing enterprise architecture or solution architecture, or leading enterprise or solutions architecture team(s) or software development team(s)
- Demonstrated experience leading complex transitions to new technologies or methodologies in a large scale enterprise
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the following: architecting IT systems, strategies and roadmaps, and providing business, governance and technical recommendations; analyzing inter-relationships between various applications, systems, and information flows.
- Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models including The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), information maturity model, Information as a Service (IaaS) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering) or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Ability to work with broad guidance and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with an integrated team of customers, product managers, implementation specialists and engineers
- Strong communication & presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization, both internal and external
Programmer Analyst
Design, development, testing & support for applications using Java J2EE Technologies and writing unit test cases. RPA Architect (UIPATH)
Location: Naperville, IL
The RPA Architect will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions as well as guiding the Business teams and RPA development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Educate business users/managers on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software and partner with them to design automation solutions that are reliable, thorough, performant and complete
- Create functional specifications and move a design solution through the software development lifecycle to implementation
- Independently develop automation solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, and needs
- Guide developers in implementing optimal coding solutions especially in complex scenarios.
- Help the RPA COE team to lead the overall governance and security efforts for RPA within the enterprise and communicate clearly and present at various management levels
- Provide direction for the entire project team and make decisions on approaches
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the initiatives across multiple teams. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams
Qualifications:
- Have at least 8+ Years of total experience in programming (.NET, Java, etc.)
- Minimum 3 UiPath RPA implementation experience as lead architect.
- Should have delivered at least 5+ projects using UiPath RPA tool
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis.
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams and solution design documents.
- Should have good exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team
- Authorized UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is mandatory
- Should have good knowledge on product Architecture, implementation and infrastructure requirements
- Should have Good communication skill, analytical skills and client handling skills

RPA Business Analyst (UIPATH)
Location: Naperville, IL
Responsible for identifying, recommending and implementing technology solutions; including robotics process automation (RPA), in support of business activities. Assist with the identification and prioritization of work requests, development resources, and ensuring agreed upon service levels are met.

Serve as point of contact regarding technology solutions; including RPA, to meet business needs. Develop and deliver business process improvements through technology solutions. Coordinate these activities across business groups ensuring issues are prioritized, assigned, and resolved.

Consult with business process owners to evaluate process improvement opportunities and potential technology solutions.

Assist with development of a framework for RPA governance and project assessment.

- Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA Software Systems to meet end-to-end requirement).
- Develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in UiPath (RPA).
- To develop robotics solution using multiple technology tools available.
- Designing Rapid Automation process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
- Understand solution design document and accordingly create process automation solution.
- Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand.
Requirements:
